An Introduction to Poincare's model of Hyperbolic Geometry, Sara Koimeli

Just in recent centuries this indisputable belief, that Euclidean geom-etry is the absolute and invariable truth which completely justifies thephysical space, came to inadequacy. Geometricians of nineteenth centurydemonstrated that there could be another possible form of geometry. Inthe following lines we concentrate on non-Euclidean geometry and ba-sically hyperbolic geometry introducing hyperbolic distance, geodesics, hyperbolic triangles and their interesting differences with Euclidean tri-angles and hyperbolic area.
