The doors to houses 5 and 6 continue to be locked over the summer, and will open again on 31 August. Remember that students' cards to these buildings stop working over the summer, and access must be renewed when the autumn term begins.

Covid-19 and courses during the autumn

The Swedish Government announced on 29 May that the Public Health Agency of Sweden's distance learning recommendation will be removed on 15 June, which makes it possible to return at least partially to campus-based teaching in the autumn. You can read more information about what this means for courses at the Department of Mathematics here:

All exams during the summer (in particular the re-exams in August) will be held online.

Notification of Selection Results and Welcome note

The first notification of selection results will be sent out 9 July. To keep your place or reserve place you must reply to your offer by 24 July.

The second notification of selection results will be sent out 30 July (no reply required). In the middle of July you will receive a welcome note by email that includes information about your courses and/or programme. If you are admitted with conditions, see

To keep your place on a course you must also register for that course in Ladok. Online registration opens a few weeks before the start of the semester, and for some courses it closes before the course begins. If you are admitted to a programme you may need to come to a meeting at the start of term, or register online for the first course. See your welcome note for more information.

Some, but not all, courses will open for late application from 15 July. Late applications are handled in order of arrival. You apply as usual through
