Departmental agreements

The Department of Mathematics mainly has agreements within the Erasmus+ programme. We also have a bilateral agreement with Fudan University in Shanghai.

Scholarship: yes
Normally, application deadline for the autumn term is in March, and for spring term in September. Some universities accept late applications if there are places left.
Current application round: apply by 29 March 2017 for autumn 2017 or whole academic year 2017/18.

This option is most suitable for students planning to write a thesis in mathematics or mathematical statistics.
Scholarship: no

Faculty agreements

The Faculty of Science has an exchange agreement with Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. All students from the Faculty of Science can apply (that includes math students, too).
Scholarship: no
Normally, application deadline for both autumn and spring is in March. Places for spring may also be announced in September.

Central agreements

The International Office has university-wide agreements with universities all around the world. These can be applied for by anyone studying at Stockholm University.

Bilateral university-wide agreements
Where: several universities around the world.
Scholarship: no
Deadline for autumn term or the whole academic year is generally in December the year before, and for spring in March the year before.

Where: countries in the Arctic region (Alaska, Canada, Russia, Finland, Norway, Iceland,...)
Scholarship: yes
Deadline for next academic year (both autumn and spring) is generally in December.

Where: the Nordic countries

Deadline for autumn term or the whole academic year is generally in March, and for spring term in September.
